Refund Policy

The short version

Nothing on Skill247 is refundable — not courses, not skill tests, not certificates. Once you pay, the fee is final, in every country.

We say it in the first line, not paragraph nine — you should know before you pay, not after.

Why

Building the course and running it — servers, Acharya247, support — costs us money before and during your learning. That is already spent, so it cannot come back.

Instead, we show you the whole course before you pay: every week, every lesson, what you build. Read it, ask us anything, then decide.

When we refund anyway

Some things are our fault, not yours. In these cases you get 100% back, no arguing and no time limit:

• You were charged twice for the same thing.
• The course never opened because of a fault on our side.
• We removed a course, or changed it so much that it is no longer what you paid for.
• Your payment went through but the enrolment never appeared in your account.

Write to support@skill247.in from the email on your account. We reply within 72 hours, and a person reads it — not an automated system. You should never have to fight us for money we should not have taken.

Skill tests and certificates

The ₹199 skill test is not refundable once the questions have been shown to you — they are generated for you at that moment. The ₹299 certificate is not refundable once issued, because it is public and verifiable from that second onward.

Access, not ownership

Your enrolment gives you access for the length of that course — 2 weeks, 4 weeks, up to 12 weeks — starting the day you enrol. It is not lifetime access, and the fee is for that period. What you build during the course stays yours forever, and so does your portfolio, your score and your certificate.

Marketplace purchases

The marketplace carries digital work and services only — we never ship or handle physical goods. If you buy something a learner built, you pay that learner directly and they keep all of it. Skill247 never holds that money and cannot refund it — sort it out with the seller. If a seller is dishonest, report them and we will remove the listing.

Our only stake is a 3% share in the venture if the product ever grows into a company. That is an investment in the maker, not a cut of their sales.

Your legal rights

Nothing here takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law. If you believe this policy has been applied unfairly to you, write to support@skill247.in and a person — not an automated system — will read it.
